אם איתא דלא שייר לימא ליה עקור אילנך שקול וזיל
if the vendor did not [tacitly] reserve some soil for himself, the purchaser could say to him [when the trees wither], pluck up your tree and be off with it.<span class="x" onmousemove="('comment',' Immediately (v.
